CD-rom version has:

Full speech.
A few extra scenes, tho nothing to spaz out about.
4 songs recorded as audio tracks (and they sound EXCELLENT)
Rebel Assault Demo.
It runs in Protected mode - this is a major problem for GUS owners.
Pretty much all the bug fixes for the floppy version, except for the Gator
golf bug.  (1st gator gets stuck on the right side)
