I have the SB16 MCD w/ ASP and Creative Lab's CD. I'm using the MIDI music driver (generic one I believe - probably through MIDI Canvas) and Sound Blaster sound driver. I have switched drivers, raised and lowered all amplifiers available (ie, the one on the SB card is enabled, but I raised and lowered the volume on the card and on the stereo to no avail). The card has a slot in between it and the video card (probably no interferance there), and to the best of my knowledge I do not have this problem at any other time (when playing Doom 1.2, Loom CD, T7G, or as far as I can tell, during .WAV playback under DOS or Windows). I have played GK under Win31 and DOS with no difference either (usually I play under DOS). Any ideas? Scott
