Since the Beta Tester feedback has been good, I uploaded it to ftp.cdrom.com.
Look for necdawav.zip.  Many features including sample reduction (to mono,
8 bit and/or 22kHz), and the ability to extract indexes within tracks.
Not crippled in any way (though the NEC is finicky about disks).  Free, though
I do ask for a gratuity if you like it.  REQUIRES ASPI MANAGER. does not
require MSCDEX.  (the code should be portable because of this, but is not
included).
