Yea,I got a price on the 3401B this weekend for 349.00 and the only reason why I didn't take it was the guy wanted to charge me 12.00 for the SCSI cable. And he didn't have the audioo cable anyhow. Im going to a computer show this weekend where I hope to get a better deal. BTW. I had the OEM version of the NEC 3xi (CDR-510) and took it back because of poor performance. I paid 399.00 for that in a burb of Philly. Paul
