	I just bought a Panasonic double-speed cd-rom drive 562B, and am
having trouble getting it working.  I have the controller card plugged in,
the DC power hooked up etc, the interface card connected and all that, and
it won't work!!!  I know the CD-ROM drive itself works because the light
comes on when it loads up and the eject button works.  It tries to load up
my device driver then says something to the effect that my cd-rom drive is
not ready and i should set it or turn it on!  I have attempted to change the
dip switches to every possible setting and it will still not work.  If
anybody has any clue as to what is wrong, please e-mail me as soon as
possible!  Thanks in advance!
