Has anyone had any experience with the 18 disc quad speed Pioneer 
DRM-1804X CD-ROM changers?  We're planning to get one here at work and 
I'd like to find out as much as I can about it.

Namely, 1) How reliable is the drive?
        2) How easy is it to install?
        3) How big is it?  (Dimension-wise)
        4) Any problems?
        5) If one of the magazines shuts down (since it's 3  six-disc 
magazines) will the others work?
