I don't always choose to buy from the "biggest" companies, but there is always an inherent risk in dealing with unknowns. I'll add my own 2 cents worth - The company that advertised in this conference a month or so ago, Island Multimedia (with the AOL address, if that jogs any memories! ) is iffy at best. Mail addressed to their AOL internet address is returned as undeliverable and a FAX to the number provided was never answered.
