Due to the natur of the data I would prefer to place the files in at least two directories. Would it be better just to place the about 16-20 files in a root? The users of the CDs will mostly be DOS-users using MSCDEX and DOS, Windows software. Further, when using 700 MB blank CDs, how much of the disc can be used for real storage? Am I correct that it is best to limit the storage to 640 MB to ensure that all CD machines can read the CD ROM? If so, is the 640 MB just the data or does the limitation of 640 MB also include the descriptor and pointers on the CD? Yours Carl Verner Skou
