Hi all.  I just purchased Myst for the Mac yesterday.  As you might
expect, the Myst discussions & hints that were totally boring to me
the day before yesterday are now vitally interesting!

If anyone has been saving interesting tidbits or FAQs I would like
to see them.  Please post pointers or e-mail me anything you think
might be of interest.

One urgent question - I got the stove in the log cabin lit and
of course it makes the elevator in the adjacent towering tree
available.  I rode the elevator to the top but apart from a great
view, it didn't do anything for me.  Whats the purpose of the
towering tree/elevator ?
