	I am writing a Visual Basic program that uses MCI commands like :play 
cdaudio from 3 to 5.  I want to find all the cdaudio commands.  There is a list
in the Microsoft Multimedia Developer's Kit.  But no one has it 
to lend it to me.  Does anyone know where I can find a complete list, or
would you send me one yourself?
