Anyone know if the Hyperglot 30-day refund if good even if you don't order
directly from the company?  It says to ship it to them with the receipt,
but I'm not sure how that would work if you bought it from a retail store
(or a mail order wholesaler as I did).  Anyone have any experience with this?
