I don't know what's up with this Mike H guy, but I have had very
good luck with CD-Machine.  My order arrived less than 48 hours
from when I faxed it (standard shipping), and an e-mail question was
responded to in a day.  Mr. Prociv does seem a bit forward with his
unsolicited offers on alt.cd-rom, but there are more than a few businesses
doing that type of thing, and it does relate to the newgroup and it's an
alt group so you can't complain too much.

(Not affiliated in any way, just a satisfied customer...)
