Actually, most people agree that IndyCar Racing is -much- more realistic.
Uses texture-mapped graphics on the fly for some really amazing f/x.
World Circuit also has its strengths -- it's easier for novice drivers to
play, the polygon graphics are cleaner, but more cartoon-like. If you've
got a fast system, both games are speed demons. IndyCar beats World
Circuit for sheer number of features, though, including a killer instant
replay. IndyCar requires more system power, but it's worth it. Both
feature modem play that works flawlessly.

Bottom line: If you're a true racing buff, get 'em both. And pick up a
steering wheel (yoke) controller for max enjoyment!
