Hey Paul, you're not associated with NeoSoft  (formerly OSCS) are you?

Sounds like you've got a top-end multimedia machine. Why you're
disappointed with it is a good question. You might try explaining what
exactly your expectations are in regards to "cool" CD games. What about
them disappoint you? With a 4x drive and Viper LB card, it sure can't be
performance!

Keep in mind that this is a whole new ballgame, and software designers
are just starting to feel uncover its true potential. The partnership
with Hollywood will only bring more innovations.

Think of it like Hollywood breaking out of the silent era. Lots of
theater owners refused to upgrade to sound systems. They thought it was a
fad. The same thing is happening with CD drives. By this time next year,
I predict at least 90 percent of all new games will be on CD first, and
70-80 percent of those will be CD-only. Magnetic media is on its own out,
finally.
