I aswell have a CD300, it is connected to a Adaptec 1520 interface.
Everything including playing audio works fine with de EZSCSI version 2.0
driver set. Also does this configuration work using Workman in the Linus
Unix environment. I far as I could figure the CD300 works fine with 
generic SCSI II audio command set.
