As the keeper of the FAQs for comp.lang.tcl, I personally would love
for folk who publish CD-ROM's with the software generated by this
newsgroup to let me know the contact information where my readers could
get more info about your CD-ROMs.  Too seldom does a publisher think to
even mention in the newsgroup that they are including the software.  Perhaps
it is the specter of advertising - perhaps it is past experiences with
flames, or just an oversight.  But consider at least dropping an email
to a moderator, FAQ maintainer, etc. to see if there is interest in
at the very list an email address or land address where readers can get
info about related products.
