This is a follow-up message to thank everyone who responded to my post.  I
did find the VESA driver I was looking for, and my CD works fine.  The
file, if anyone else needs to know, is UVESA.ZIP and I found it
on CompuServe.  When unzipped, the file contains UNIVESA.EXE.
