I got the IBM/Mitsumi double-speed at a Micro Center in
Tustin, Cali, for $169 ($182 with tax, marked $199 on the
box). Their phone number is 714.566.8500. I do not
know if they do mail-order but if you're desparate it's
worth a shot. It includes a 16-bit bus card with two
rca audio outs on it, cables for data and audio, and best
of all, it doesn't require a cd caddy - the sliding tray
has the 5" and 3" 'holes' like most audio cd's have.
It's also got a headphone plug and volume wheel on the
front. Quite a bargain.
