Sounds like you've got a couple of the audio cable wires crossed. On the SB16 there are 4 pins in this order right channel - ground - left channel - ground. On the Texel 3028 there are also four pins, but the order is different: left channel - ground - ground - right channel. It doesn't matter if you switch the left and right channel pins, but if your feeding the left or right channel into ground - walalah, the symtoms you're experiencing. Ed ps. Of course if you bought the proper cable, the above is moot, but if you have the sb16 - 3024 cable or you wire wrapped the cables then the above is quite applicable. -- The opinions expressed are not necessarily those of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the Campus Office for Information technology, or the Experimental Bulletin Board Service. internet: laUNChpad.unc.edu or 152.2.22.80
