Same thing here.  What hassle?  The only SCSI component I have is the 
cd-rom and I am using the PAS16 w/SCSI to control it.  In fact, it (the 
cd-rom) is the ONLY component that actually went it EXACTLY like the 
manual described.  No problems at all.  If I every upgrade my harddrive 
to a gig or so, SCSI would be the way to go.
