I doubt you'll find it since NEC expressly forbids this!
NEC (800-982-5151) can tell you a one day password to
their BBS to download the driver.  You can also fax them
a requst at 508-635-4666 and they'll snail mail you a
floppy for free.  I registered a strong complaint with
them for not posting their drivers like any respectable
drive maker would and I hope you do too.

Please let me know if you get a version newer than 3.14.
