I just installed NEC'sParallel to SCSI host adapter it came with a
printer port built in I am using it with a compag concerto notebook and a
nec 3xp cdrom
it works great
I installed it in ten minutes without reading the documentation and was
using it to look at a cdrom of Borland C++ 4.0

It seems to work great and the adapter uses power from the cd so you
don't need sep power for it
the adapter cost $109 from a local store
