I'm looking for a 2X CD-ROM that will work with Windows, DOS, NT, and
OS/2, and can be easily transported from one machine to another.

As far as parallell port CD-ROMS, they are certainly an easy way to
transfer from one machine to another, but how compatible are they
with NT and OS/2, or even Windows, for that matter?

And, as for external CD-ROMS, will the difference really be worth
considering that in order to move the drive from one machine
to another I'd have to re-install the SCSI card anyway?
