Ummm, buying a Kodak product for reading PhotoCD's can get quite
expensive so I would *NOT* recommend doing it.

Anyways, I would say that the best program for doing this will be Graphics
Workshop for Win(doze). Its filename is GWSWN11J if you want to find it on
Archie. May I also add that this is a GREAT program for other graphics
work, incl. brightening pictures, contrast changing, etc.

From a person who gets his film developed on a Photo CD the most often.
