Message-ID: Lines: 13 Sender: usenet@harlequin.com (Usenet Maintainer) Nntp-Posting-Host: epcot Organization: Harlequin Inc, Cambridge, MA Date: Fri, 1 Apr 1994 17:15:46 GMT I was greeted this morning by two large cartons, containing my first ever pressing of a CD-ROM. It is amazing how much like a "real company" it makes the thing look like. Anyhow, I just wanted to put in a plug for the vendor -- I used the One-Off CD shop in Huntsville. They put up with my need for rapid turn, and even picked up the tape at the airport when I managed to miss the fedex deadline, and had to send it with the airlines package service. All 4 billon bits matched and the silkscreen job (3 color) was well registered. They were also the lowest(!) priced of the vendors I polled. No stake in the place, just very pleased with the service I recieved.
