I found Philips CDD521 + CD-producer from Austin Info Science for $6,000. Kodak sold a bundle package with its own authoring software at list price for $8000. Microboards sell Richo CDR drive + CD-Record(sw) for $3900. I would like to know the opinion from netters about the best drive and software under $10K. I will use them on PC mainly for one-off CD purpose. For the audio, I just want to use it to make my personal CD from the CD's collection that I have. I do not have plan about premastering audio CD but if it both audio and data authoring/premastering software does not cost too much, I will go for it. Also, has anybody has a hand on a Yamaha 4X CD-R drive yet ? Thanks Nick
