I expect to receive one of Yamaha's 4x drives in the next couple of weeks.
Does anyone have any experience with this drive yet?  Any comments on
Yamaha drives in general?

Also, the Yamaha sales rep says that all technical questions must be 
submitted to him and then he will forwarded them to someone in Japan.
There has to be a better way.  Does anyone have a U.S. technical support
contact for Yamaha?  How good is Yamaha's technical support?
