Currently, we have a Pinnacle RCD-Burner, with which we can burn CD's from both Mac and PC. However, I talked to a technical support person at Pinnacle, who informed me (after much himming and hawing) that Pinnacle doesn't support hybrid disks. I'd really appreciate it if anyone could address the following questions: 1.) How *precisely* (I understand it conceptually) does a hybrid disk work? 2.) What is the process for creating one? 3.) What hardware and software products are available/necessary to create one?
