Hi, I am planing to get a cdrom drive and I have heard that the card does
not support many drives as the other cards so that means that I will not
be able to get any of the new drives. 

Now I have also considered to get the new sb awe32 which I think it doesnt
have that problem. Is this true?

If I can get a drive that is fast and has a high data transfer rate and
works under sb16 then I might just stick to that and get a waveblaster.
Otherwise awe32 here I come! 

Any comments/advice appreciated.

ps:For the people in the cdrom newsgroup/or anyone that knows, what is a
GOOD cdrom drive (brand). I basically know what I want. Double speed,
speed<300ms anything else?
