Here it is in its entirety. I just put in my new Mitsuma Double Speed CD player, and I've noticed an annoying problem, and I was wondering if anyone else out there had seen this problem, and if so, I'd love suggestions on what to do. It keeps giving me 'CD-ROM drive not ready' messages. And it can do it at basically any time, although it seems to like doing it after it hasn't been being accessed (ie, it won't do it if it is directly in the middle of transferring something). For instance, I did a xcopy to copy some stuff from a CD onto my harddrive. Each time that it started reading from the CD again (after writing to the HD) it would give me a drive not ready error. Any suggestions? It is getting annoying. Thanks, Kirby Vandivort
