If you don't like the truth then don't provide this group in the Internet (do it in a private BBS). Here are some facts about the 2 RCD-200 we bought: 1. The "mandatory" SCSI-II command "Send Diagnostic" is NOT supported according to their manual (Ver. 2.0 March 26,1993). 2. Both units that we purchased are faulty (actually broken). One can not execute the copy command (SCSI analyzer verifies the problem). And the other unit has problems writing error free data to CD (Also verified with SCSI analyzer). 3. I have tried to contact their technical support for over a week, with no positive results. 4. Their manual (SCSI command set manual) has a lot of errors in it, and they don't seem to want to hear about it, nor do they show interest in obtaining the error list so that corrections can be incorporated into the next revision. Well... by now you should get the picture. No need to continue.
