Mine has worked beautifully. I bought it Wednesday and had it running within
a few minutes. I bought the stand alone drive for $199, and connected it to
my SB16.

It's the exact same drive in the Creative kit, apparently. All the 56x are
manufactured by Matsushita, if I have it correctly, so it's the same works
whether you buy REVEAL, DELL, or Panasonic. The only difference I've seen
is the packaging, bundled software variants, and controllers.

All have 320ms access time and 300kb/sec transfer rate.

I'm totally satisfied, especially considering the cheap price.
