I am considering different options for upgrading my computer. One of the option

s is to buy a SB Pro SCSI 2 sound board, a SCSI CD ROM such as the TEXEL and a S

CSI hard Disk. My question is, has anyone installed this scenerio in the same c

hain (i.e. Sound board with SCSI connector and daisy chained a Hard disk and the

 CD rom).

I am worry about the performance of this setup. My other choise is to stick wit

h IDE hard disks, a local bus IDE controller a SB pro multi CD and a propieratar

y CD rom that connects to the SB pro.

THanks in advance for any advice.

 Gonzalo
