Does anyone know where I can get published demographic information on the 
sales of CD-ROM drives?  The kind of information I'm looking for are: 

   The number of drives sold each year for the past 5 years.
   The number of drives expected to be sold this year.
   The projected sales of drives for the years to come.
   Who are buying the drives? Professionals, businesses, recreational users.
   The main reason people are buying them. Business, personal, games, etc.
   etc.

Any information or leads would be greatly apprciated.
