I am looking for the following.  I am interested in replies both by
people who use and like theirs, and by dealers with killer prices.  And
if you happen to be both, well....
 
Bible CD
 
   Looking for a CD containing mulitiple translations of the Bible,
   Strong's numbers, Thayer's Greek Lexicon, Hebrew-Aramaic-English
   Lexicon, "Treasury of Scripture Knowledge", Thompson Chain Topics,
   Scofield Notes, and Maps, and other commentaries are all desirable
   features.
 
   Must-have features are a search program (DOS or Windows ok... if
   both, so much the better!), A Note-taking feature.  Ability to
   side-by-side comparison of verses in different translations.
