Before vacation I promised to post the workaround I learned for using
Sherlock Holmes III with an older SoundBlaster card.  The software
got confused and reported an erroneous IRQ conflict instead of starting.

The workaround from ICOM is to use the -i switch on the runstring.
Apparently this disables the (incorrect) IRQ check.  (Obviously this
won't help if you have a real IRQ conflict.)  The line I use is

e:sh3 -i
