Hello all!

I've been tasked with researching CDROM publishing and reproduction
and since I've never dealt with this before, I'm hoping folks can
direct me to information sources on:

hardware and vendors ?
software and vendors ?

Issues related to publishing CD's for UNIX (Sun, RS/6000, etc),
PC's, and Macs. Platforms for mastering (UNIX - RS/6000, PC, Mac)?

Issues related to archiving large data files, etc.

I know enough to realize I'm at the tip of an iceberg, but 
hopefully I can find enough info resources to get a good
understanding of what's what.
