I'm looking for anyone who has used or will be using the shareware
program called PUBLIC ACCESS in their institution (especially a
library).  It's a control shell used for controlling, recording
and billing patrons who use software (CD-ROM included) loaded on
public access microcomputers and CD-ROMs (such as in a library).

I would like to know your opinions on it.  For what or how are you
using it?  What applications are you running on it?  Have you   
encountered any problems?
