I don't have the info now, but I believe such machines run around $4,000 or
$5,000. Of course the price is dramatically higher and availability much
lower for rapid duplication machines, such as would be used for batch
production. You should be able to find something in an industry trade
magazine, maybe Infoworld? Or one of the CDRom magazines. You might even be
able to find somehting in Byte, PCMagazine, etc. If you can't turn anything
up, let me know via email & I'll see what I can find.
