Both WordPerfect and Microsoft Word (DOS) have a Cyrillic character set
available to them.  I've also seen TrueType and Type 1 font sets for
Windows 3.x on various sites.  You might try Archie or Veronica searches
for these to find an ftp site.  If not that, I'm certain they're available
on CompuServe and they're probably also available on a dial-up BBS in your
area.
