I guess that this would meed your needs best. CeQuadrat offers a 
"Lites On" CD which contains DosOnCD and WinOnCD Lite (for PCs) and
MacOnCD Lite for the Macintosh. So you could write Mac and PC (ISO)
discs, but just pay once. This CD is usually bundled with recorders,     
ask your dealer or a Philips Sales Organisation. 
If you want to create hybrid discs which contain both a Mac and an ISO
file system, you could use WinOnCD (Pro). It allows you to write HFS
partitions. Just prepare the data in a (sovolume, and WinOnCD will
allow you to specify an ISO image to create a hybrid.
This is possible with version 2.10 of WinOnCD which is currently beta and
out very soon.
