We tested the tool: Worked fine! Also, you can have a tool for generating the CD-ROM in orange book format. I have seen code (I think it's from the same source) for doing this task. But unfortunatly I didn't have the SCSI infos for compiling the code in an other environment than Linux ;=). This part isn't tested.
