Yes, it does. In case you don't have it , the specs in the manual are
the following formats:

CD-ROM Mode 1
CD-DA; CD-I
Video CD (MPEG)
CD-ROM XA Mode-2
Form 1, Form 2;
Photo CD

I'm not sure what all theese are but CD-ROM XA is quick time capability I thi
