A few months ago I came across an article in "ComputerWorld" which said that
Sony had shown their new CD-rom drive to Microsoft. This drive was supposed
to be able to write to CDs and also to have a list-price of under 1000$(US).

Does anyone out there have any information of this? Heard anything similar?
